At Grace & Milestone LLC, we want you to love your journal. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on items within 15 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwritten in, and in its original condition
- The item includes its original packaging (if applicable)
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip)
Non-returnable items:
- Clearance, final-sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue and your order number.
We will replace the item at no cost or offer a refund.
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@graceandmilestone.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Return Shipping:
- Customers cover return shipping cost unless the item was damaged.
- Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees (unless due to our error)
